Cozy Companion is an award-winning magazine dedicated to bringing you everything cozy and whimsical in the world of gaming. Discover new cozy games, cozy fiction, interviews with game designers and shops, game reviews, recipes, crafts, and so much more. Every issue is lovingly crafted by human (and cats!), never AI.
Your Cozy Companion issues will be delivered direct to the mailing address that you provide during checkout. Please make sure to check that your address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable mailing addresses. Cozy game downloads and keys will be delivered to the email address that you provide at checkout. New subscriptions will begin shipping within 4 to 8 weeks of subscribing.
We do not ship internationally at this time. You must include a US shipping address for delivery.
You can find our studio’s ethical commitments and our customer service policies on SnowbrightStudio.com/about. This subscription auto-renews every three months. You can cancel your subscription online any time by following the instructions in your confirmation email or by contacting us at contact@snowbrightstudio.com. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to receive any magazines remaining for your current quarterly subscription. If you cancel partway through a quarter, we cannot process refunds for the remaining issues for that quarter. For any questions about your subscription, please email us at contact@snowbrightstudio.com at any time. Be sure to include your subscription email address in your email so that we can locate your account. We are a small indie studio and our customer service staff is US-based and human (no AI). We aim to respond to all inquiries within 2-3 business days, excluding holidays.
